MSCP will provide education in traditional photography which will include a traditional darkroom and computer lab for digital imaging in addition to studio access and equipment. MSCP will also host exhibitions for members. MSCP will give artists, curators, and community leaders the proper tools to promote the appreciation and understanding of photography and be apart of the community’s cultural and economic resurgence.

The goal is to educate the public through exhibitions, publications, and dialogue about photography; and to further the artists' careers and creative growth.
