Taiwanese visual artist, Chiang Yu-yi known as John Yuyi, explores aspects of social media, photography and the post internet. She lives and works in Taipei and New York City. Since 2018 in her ongoing series "Naked Selfie On Airplane" she has been pursuing a project to take a naked selfie every time she boards a plane. A selection of this project is published here in Airplane Mode, part of Dashwood’s zine series on emerging artists.
