Bañuelos captures a small glimpse into the massive Seattle drag scene – a time capsule, if you will. Covering these pages are friends and acquaintances. Intimate & intentional photos with candid performance shots sprinkled in. Through a pandemic, along with stolen camera gear, this project survived and a part of Seattle nightlife has been immortalized through it.

On November 18th, 2022, the photo book was officially released at an exhibition put on by Bañuelos in the heart of Capitol Hill, home of Seattle drag. The work featured in the show consisted of framed archival fine art prints & custom woven photo blankets. With local drag queens coining signatures on the spot for old & new fans, the release was full of love and incredible community support.
